Denny R. Thaher
Chairman & Managing Director
Denny brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the asset management industry, with a focus on billion-dollar investments in the natural resources sector. He holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and has held prominent roles including Senior Advisor at FWD AM, Founder of Xdana Indonesia, and CEO of Maybank Asset Management. His career includes leadership positions at Trimegah AM, Manulife AM Indonesia, UBS Singapore, and PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi. Denny also serves on the Advisory Boards of several prestigious associations, including the Indonesia Mutual Fund Managers Association, where he was Chairman from 2012 to 2018.
Romario B. Yap
Director
Romario brings a decade of expertise in the Oil & Gas industry, focusing on project execution, commercial evaluation, and digital transformation for operational efficiency. With experience in major projects across Indonesia, the UK, the US, Australia, Egypt, and Trinidad, he has a proven track record in optimizing operations and driving project success. Romario also has a background in business consulting, specializing in business planning and implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology and has held key roles at PT Asia Advisors Capital, McKinsey Indonesia/Orphoz, and BP across various global locations.
Ezra Dhanaguna
Director
Ezra is an experienced Financial Advisor with a strong background in financing projects through public and private debt. Prior to joining PT Asia Advisors Capital, he gained extensive investment banking experience at Mandiri Sekuritas, focusing on the energy, mining, and transportation sectors. Ezra has passed the CFA Level 2 exam and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in International Business from Institut Teknologi Bandung and Finance & Banking from Rennes School of Business.
Aurora Marwah Dyah
